Construction Documents
The Phase 2 100% CD package contained 50+ architectural sheets and 50+ consultant sheets. As a part of a team, I helped to create and review the initial CD package that would be used for the permitting process. However, after the CD phase, I was responsible for all revisions to all architectural sheets and coordination with consultant revisions/drawings.
Design Documents
The client requested several changes to key areas after the CD phase. It was my responsibility to interpret requested changes and provide presentation graphics to gain approval. After approval by the client, I worked quickly to expedite any changes into construction drawings and released via bulletin.
During my time on the project I also collaborated with principals and senior associates on variance approval packages, diagrams, and presentation graphics for Phase 3 of the project.
